D-Wise

The use of new compatible replacement or re-manufactured D-Wise laser toner cartridges and supplies does not void your printer warranty. D-Wise warrants that the products will not damage the print-head or printing mechanism when stored, installed and used in accordance with Manufacturer’s recommended procedures. In the unlikely event of any damage to a print-head or printing mechanism caused solely and directly by the use of D-Wise product, D-Wise will pay the cost of service and repair of the print-head or printing mechanism so damaged, provided: (a) notifies D-Wise of such damage in writing within fourteen (14) days; (b) delivers to D-Wise print samples and returns the product(s) and any damaged or replaced parts with an authorized material return number; and (c) deliver to D-Wise a written service report, signed by an authorized technical service personnel, identifying the Product as the sole and direct cause of such damage, or Contact D-Wise Customer support. D-Wise accepts no responsibility for damage to the equipment’s printing components due to lack of routine and proper service, maintenance or cleaning of the equipment, including the replacement of equipment components at the end of their rated lives, as recommended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

D-Wise warrants the customers that the compatible or remanufactured imaging supplies will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for cartridge life (until the toner is depleted) when stored, installed and used under normal conditions. If any item proven to be defective or unsatisfactory, D-Wise will replace the item in accordance with the D-Wise’s Returned Material Policy for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

CARTRIDGE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CARTRIDGES WHICH HAVE REACHED THE END OF THEIR ESTIMATED USEFUL LIFE, EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM MISUSE, IMPROPER STORAGE, OR OPERATION OUTSIDE OF THE PUBLISHED ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PRINTER PRODUCT OR EXHIBIT WEAR FROM ORDINARY USE, IF WARRANTY STICKER IS REMOVED OR DAMAGED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY.

In the unlikely event if the cartridge is proven to be defective, the customer should package the cartridge in the product box (or something similar) and provide proof of purchase, name, address, phone number, place of purchase, and a brief description of problem and if possible attach a supplies status page and print sample illustrating the defect. The paperwork and cartridge should be returned to the place of purchase, where a replacement may be given or returned to D-Wise for replacement.
